How a Celebration of Life at Pembroke Lodge works
There is a choice of two rooms at Pembroke Lodge, the larger of the two is The Belvedere with a capacity of up to 200 guests (140 if seated buffet). The smaller option is The Russell Suite suitable for 20 – 100 guests (70 if seated buffet).

Pembroke Lodge is a fully licenced events venue, the room is hired for 4 hours. Their high standard in-house catering (starting from £22 per head) must be used.
There is ample parking and Richmond Station is a 10 minute taxi ride away.
Our personalised approach for a Celebration of Life service at Pembroke Lodge
- Service time is unrestricted – typically around 50 minutes – but there is no limit
- The ashes casket could be placed on a table in front of windows overlooking the stunning terrace
- A playlist can play as guests gather which helps to create a warm and personal ambience
- You can be creative with photo boards, flowers – one family recreated their garden scene!
- There is a great space for musicians, singer or choir if desired
- Live-streaming or video can be arranged if needed
