Linden House is a private members club that is available for funeral services with a coffin present. Set by the River Thames, it is a secluded and elegant setting for a private service.
There is a selection of versatile rooms that are bright and airy, with a calm interior. From the front terrace there are views overlooking the river.
What Linden House offers

- You can hire exclusive use
- Service time is for around 50 minutes
- Guests can gather and chat before and after the service
- Typically we pre-place the coffin into the room before family arrive as it can feel softer
- The coffin stands elegantly on trestles in front of windows
- The actual cremation happens at Mortlake Crematorium – you do not follow there, the service ends at Linden House
- Maximum capacity: approx. 60 people
